Your Role as a Vent Unit Nurse (RN / LPN):

Provide comprehensive nursing care to ventilator-dependent residents
Monitor respiratory status and ventilator equipment for safety and function
Collaborate closely with respiratory therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
Document care accurately and ensure compliance with individualized care plans
Offer support and education to residents and their families with compassion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) or Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience caring for ventilator-dependent patients strongly preferred
• Solid clinical and assessment skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to delivering resident-centered care
