Your Role as a Vent Unit Nurse (RN / LPN):

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ventilator-dependent residents
•  Monitor respiratory status and ventilator equipment for safety and function
• Collaborate closely with respiratory therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Document care accurately and ensure compliance with individualized care plans
• Offer support and education to residents and their families with compassion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Current  Registered Nurse ( RN )  or Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience caring for ventilator-dependent patients strongly preferred
• Solid clinical and assessment skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to delivering resident-centered care
