Your Role as a CNA Transportation Driver:

Provide safe and reliable transportation services for residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and community outings.
Assist residents with entering and exiting the transport vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
Deliver compassionate care with dignity and respect while supporting residents during transport.
Monitor and report any resident needs or concerns to the nursing and medical team.
Maintain accurate transport logs and documentation.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and adherence to facility protocols.
Perform CNA duties as needed within the facility, including assisting with daily care routines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

Current WV CNA certification or certified in a compact state
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
A caring, reliable team player with excellent communication skills
Comfortable assisting residents with mobility needs
Passionate about providing personalized care and enhancing the lives of those in long-term care
Graduated from an accredited CNA program
