 Responsibilities:

  •  - Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal care, patient care, medication management, and companionship.

  •  - Foster a nurturing and supportive environment, promoting the comfort, independence, and dignity of our clients.

  •  - Assist with mobility and transportation needs, enabling seniors to remain engaged and active in their communities.

  •  - Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering emotional support and companionship.

  •  - Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans that address the specific needs and preferences of each client.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or a genuine passion for providing compassionate care.

  • HHA certified

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving.

  • Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of each client.

  • Current Level 2 background screening or willingness to obtain

  • Drug Testing required ( We provide ) 

  • AHCA Approved competency test (We provide)

  • AHCA Approved hands on skills assessment (We provide)

Shifts available are 7am-7pm and 7pm- 7am (NO SLEEPING IS PERMITTED). Days of the week are flexible to be full time or part time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience.
