Kairos Home Care Services is looking for Home Health Aides (HHA) in all areas of Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties to join our team that are willing to service our community by providing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Kairos Home Care Services is a licensed Nurse Registry where we will refer you to clients that need a little support. We are looking for HHAs who are willing to provide a quality service that promotes life, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Qualifications of Home Health Aides (HHA)

· Valid driver's license

· Proof of car insurance

· Up to date CEU’s

· CPR (no online only)

· English speaking (Required) and Bilingual (preferred)

· Home Healthcare experience preferred but not required

· HHA Certificate 40 or 75 Hours (Required)

· AHCA Level II Background Screening

· Professional Liability Insurance (provide a copy, required within 30 days of Registration Application, we can provide a list)

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Understand and adhere to the agency’s process for managing and addressing customer complaints. Maintain acute awareness of patient rights, ensuring these rights are upheld in accordance with the agency’s service agreements and admission policies. Understand the agency’s policies regarding appropriate patient discharge and reasons for discharge. Qualifications Must have a CNA or HHA license. Must have completed a minimum of 75 hours of training, which includes an introduction to personal care services. Must be free from health problems that may be injurious to patient, self, and coworkers and must present appropriate evidence to substantiate this. Ability to comprehend the basics of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation. Must understand and respect patient needs including ethics and confidentiality of care. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle. Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible. Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques.
