Location: Texas Hill Country Territory-Office is in Boerne, TX
Our Territory is in the following counties (Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Coryell, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Lampasas, Llano, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Real, San Saba)
Shifts: Flexible, starting in 4-hour increments up to Live-In Shift opportunities, Monday - Sunday (AM & PM shifts available) Salary: Competitive Pay, starting at $14.00 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care for elderly individuals. You will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life by helping with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility and transfer support to ensure comfort and safety
- Offer medication reminders
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Document and report changes in client conditions to the supervising team
- Encourage participation in recreational activities and social engagement
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Qualifications:
- Willing to work a MINIMUM of 20 hours per month required
- Must be willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Passionate about helping elderly individuals and making a difference in their lives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistance
- Dependable, Patient, Empathetic, and Trustworthy
- Must maintain confidentiality and follow instructions
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable Transportation
- 3 Professional References
- Pass a Background Check/Drug screen
