What You'll Do:

As a CNA at Seneca Manor, you'll be a vital part of our residents' daily lives. Your compassionate care will directly impact their well-being and happiness. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Helping residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.

• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and well-being to our nursing staff.

• Assisting with meal service and ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration.

• Providing companionship and a listening ear, building meaningful relationships with our residents.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid Pennsylvania CNA certification.

• A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong work ethic and a reliable, team-oriented attitude.

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.

• Prior experience in a senior living or long-term care setting is a plus, but not required. We're happy to mentor the right candidate!
