Leominster Crossings is looking for compassionate CNAs to join our team!

Part time day shift - 7am-3pm, every other weekend included

Part time evening shift - 3pm-11pm, every other weekend included

$18.50-19.75/hr

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. 


CNA Duties & Responsibilities: 


  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Current Nursing Assistant Certification required or Minimum of 75 hours in an accredited nursing program to include completion of first rotation OR active EMT or Paramedic Certification OR active Patient Care Technician/Assistant Certification OR active Home Health Aide Certification OR active Medical Assistant Certification OR successful completion of a Nurse Aide program. OR previous Massachusetts CNA licensure for Nurse Aide Minimum Work Experience 1 year Long Term Care or Acute Care experience preferred Required Licenses Current AHA BLS upon hire or obtained within 60 days.
