Our caregivers work independently in clients’ homes, but they are fully supported by an engaged office team that values communication, reliability, and the important work being done in the field.
Caregiver Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience
Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Passion for helping seniors and adults with disabilities
Reliable transportation
Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills
Ability to assist with transfers and mobility
Experience with memory care or cognitive impairments
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Caregiver Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor client health and document changes
Assist with mobility and physical activities
Administer medications as directed
Engage clients with memory care activities and routines
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment
Work closely with healthcare teams to implement care plans
Provide specialized care for hospice and group home settings

Compensation for this position is thoughtfully determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and schedule availability.
The anticipated pay range for this role is $18–$21 per hour, with final compensation determined at the time of offer.
