Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

  • Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

  • Assist patients with mobility and transfers.

  • Monitor and report changes in patient's health status.

  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.

  • Support patients with activities of daily living.

  • Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals.

  • Provide companionship for those clients that may need it.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.

  • Familiarity with senior care and working with people with developmental disabilities.

  • Ability to maintain accurate medical records while using an app to clock in and out.

  • Physical ability to lift and move patients as needed.

  • Plus for aides that are knowledgeable with home care, especially with the DODD (Department of Development Disabilities), may include adults or children.
