Qualifications

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN preferred.
    • Graduate Degree, preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred.
    • Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
    • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
    • Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications
  • Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.

What We Offer The RN Case Manager serves as a leader of the complex discharge planning process and a valued member of the Home Care team.
