Responsibilities

  • Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree.
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Previous experience in Orthopedics, Pain, or similar setting.

***The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000-140,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
