General Information:

Job title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Crest View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - New Lisbon, WI

Schedules Available:

  • Full-time, 75 hours per pay period; Day Shift or PM shift
  • Part-time 2, 15 hours per pay period; NOC Shift

Weekend rotation: Every other weekend

Holiday rotation: Every other holiday

Position Summary:

The Nursing Home Certified Nurse Assistant position brings quality of care to all residents and families by following guidelines, policy, and procedures set up through our skilled nursing facility. This role helps the residents with their activities of daily living and assists in various ways to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Answer call lights
  • Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.
  • Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse
  • Obtain vitals, weights and other information as needed
  • Meet resident needs in a timely manner
  • Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Position Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • Must hold and maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
  • 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Intermediate proficiency with computers is required.
  • Comprehensive nursing assistant skills.
  • Ability to provide compassionate care.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to have continuous oral and written communication with co-workers, patients, and supervisors is essential.
