Schedule: Full-Time | Every Other Saturday 7a-7p

Department: Assisted Living & Memory Care

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support RCAs during daily care
  • Complete assessments and ensure accurate documentation
  • Respond to emergencies and collaborate with families, providers, and care teams
  • Serve as a key leader across both Assisted Living and Memory Care

What You Bring:

  • Active LPN license
  • 1–2 years of nursing experience (senior care or memory care a plus)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
