8:30AM to 4:30PM Weekend shifts

Job Details

Our Hospice RN’s:

The Community Hospice RN is responsible for providing nursing care to hospice patients, residents and/or family within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures. Prior experience in home care, hospice and/or oncology preferred.

Qualifications:

Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience
Basic Life Support Certification
Current, valid NY State driver's license and own transportation.

Salary Range

USD $51.00 - USD $66.00 /Hr.
