Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents with neurological conditions, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious diseases, and wound care
  • Conduct daily rounds to assess residents' physical and emotional well-being, addressing their needs promptly
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure accurate documentation
  • Delegate appropriate tasks to nursing and non-nursing staff during shifts
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care standards
  • Follow facility policies, procedures, and state regulations, contributing to continuous improvements in nursing care
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and facility operations
