Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join the care team at our client’s skilled nursing facility in Myerstown, PA. This opportunity offers competitive pay of up to $22/hour depending on the employment option you choose, along with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling, allowing you to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in line with individualized Care Plans.
  • Deliver compassionate care to residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs.
  • Support residents’ mobility and comfort, ensuring all safety measures are followed.
  • Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to ensure residents’ needs are met.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, families, and staff to maintain a supportive environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to facility policies and Care Plans.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Active CNA certification from a state-approved training program required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
