Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and resident safety
  • Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to address care needs
  • Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being
  • Assist in implementing and following individualized Care Plans
  • Maintain compliance with all policies, state regulations, and care standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet the needs of residents and the facility

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active LPN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
