Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on care, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in accordance with individualized Care Plans
  • Assist residents with mobility and ensure their comfort and safety
  • Deliver care for residents with various needs, including neurological conditions, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious diseases, and wound care
  • Work collaboratively with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, families, and staff
  • Follow facility policies and procedures while performing assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification from a State-approved program (must provide documentation upon application)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Specialty Area:

  • Geriatrics – Skilled nursing or long-term care setting
