Help ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients while assisting nursing staff with daily care tasks. Your role will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

Observing Residents
Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.
Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
Making beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidy
Transporting Residents within the Facility
Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Requirements

Previous experience in inpatient settings or long-term care preferred.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential.
Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including ICU settings if required.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
