What You’ll Do

Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff
Monitor and document residents’ health status and communicate changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide person-centered care
