Individual is responsible for ensuring, along with other surgical team members, that they maintain the sterile field, applying aseptic technique principles to ensure a safe, aseptic, and cost effective environment to all patients that clearly spells quality and excellence. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program and hold current certification with one of the following: The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting, the National Center for Competency Testing or another surgical technologist certification program approved by the Texas Department of State Health Service.
