As a CT Technologist at Baptist, you will work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety as this aligns with our mission to make hope, healing, and well-being accessible to every person as an expression of God's love. Additional responsbilities of our CT technologists include operating and calibrating of GE equipment, preparing patients for their procedures which include administering IV contrast & patient positioning, providing clear explanations & education about the process, and ensuring the compliance with all regulatory standards.

The primary responsibility of a CT Technologist is to ensure physicians and other members of a patient’s care team receive high-quality images they can use to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments. Our CT Technologist at Baptist Clay work with GE equipment and work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for:

Performing high quality (CT) procedures.
Promoting good will amongst co-workers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
Maintain compliance with mandatory education and health requirements.
Identifing, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state, and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.
