Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential Remote opportunity for a Lead Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the United States Coast Guard (USCG). Minimum Qualifications Each Advanced Practitioner must possess: A Doctorate or Master’s Degree in a medical field, such as Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or equivalent, from an accredited program. A current, unrestricted medical license in at least one (1) U.S. state relevant to the qualifying career path. Board certification PA or NP. Current credential or prior medical provider within the USCG healthcare network. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in medical record review, medical waiver adjudication, or military medical assessments.
