Position Overview:

An Emergency Room (ER) Nurse provides critical, high-quality care to patients in emergency and trauma situations. They assess, triage, and treat patients with acute illnesses or injuries, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to stabilize patients. ER Nurses must think quickly, prioritize care effectively, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing procedures, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in high-stress situations are essential for success in this role.
