Per Diem Rate: $200/hour

Opportunity Details 

Per diem | 8 hours per day  - Start time: 6:30am
Hazleton Surgery Center
The annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical) 
Case mix: General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, ENT, and Pediatric ENT 
1-2 ORs daily   
Physicians from the hospital rotate through and provide CRNA supervision
EMR – paper charts 
Medical Malpractice covered

Requirements

Active state license | DEA | State CDS 
Board certification | Board eligible if in process 
ACLS | PALS
