Norton Clinical Agency staffs all 9 of our facilities in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana. We currently have these options available:

RN Regional Float positions for RNs who live within 75 miles of their work locations:

  • Opportunity to earn over $67 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments
  • Opportunity to float within our 9 of our facilities in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana.  
  • Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
  • Flexible employment options

RN Norton Traveler positions for RNs who live 75+ miles outside of their work locations:

  • Opportunity to earn over $52 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments
  • Receive a tax-free, bi-weekly lodging stipend in addition to hourly pay
  • Opportunity to float within our 9 of our facilities in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana.  
  • Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
  • Flexible employment options

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2 years acute care RN experience OR one year of acute-care RN experience and 2 years of acute-care LPN experience

  • Must have and maintain an active Compact/Multistate RN license or active RN licensure in both KY and IN

Responsibilities A professional nurse is an individual accountable for the care of a group of patients.
