Job Summary:

TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is seeking an experienced cardiac advanced practice provider to join our employed cardiology group in Smyrna, Tennessee.

Qualified Candidates:

Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
Minimum 3 years hospital cardiac experience
Cardiac consults in the hospital for two physicians
Discharge cardiac consult and make follow up appointment for practice
Discharge follow-up patients in the practice
PRN, day shifts, minimum 6-8/month
No weekend coverage unless choose to cover another location for an additional stipend.
