Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure quality patient care during evening/night shifts. Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with doctors and other medical professionals. Supervise nursing operations, manage emergencies, and resolve patient care issues. Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff to uphold clinical excellence and standards. Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies. Valid LPN or RN license in the State of New Hampshire. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an Acute or Long Term Care facility, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
