Full or Part Time position on the 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, or 12am-8am shift! The Hospice of the Fisher Home provides hospice care to patients in our 9-bed residence. The residence is unlike any other in Western Mass! Great staffing ratios! Our goal is to provide compassionate care to our patients who have a life limiting illness as well as support to their loved ones. CNAs/HHAs will offer personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Benefits are available to full time and part time employees including medical, dental and Simple IRA. Must work every other weekend. Competitive salary offered as well as shift differentials for evening, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements:

· Massachusetts CNA or HHA certificate/license

· Valid Drivers License or MA ID

· Comfortable with basic computer skills in order to document in EMR

· Ability to lift 50lbs

· Reliable transportation

· Able to work as a team and communicate professionally with staff, patients and family members
