Regional Nurses RN (Long Term Care / Nursing Home) CareRite Centers is seeking currently seeking compassionate and professional Regional Nurses to oversee skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities of the Regional Nurses RN: Lead, direct and monitor the delivery of healthcare and related health and medical services. Provide direct supervision to multiple skilled nursing facilities. Plan, develop and implement procedures and policies that enhance the quality of life for people receiving services. Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and nursing practice standards. Develop and implement nursing department budgets in coordination with our management team. Provide effective nurse management that assures utilization of personnel to best meet the needs of the people receiving support and services. Develop and implement health care related training that assures the best possible delivery of health related support and services. Ensure that patient care plans contain accurate documentation and are amended as needed. Minimum of 5–7 years of DON or senior nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility. Strong knowledge of DOH regulations, CMS requirements, and survey process.
