James Thurston is a Licensed Registered Nurse and author of “The GRAB Method, 4 Steps to Motivation to Change Your Life.” James realized early in his nursing career that he needed a concise foundation of mindfulness stay motivated and avoid burnout. James has developed a method to become and stay purpose-driven in his nursing career – it has changed his life, and he hopes it can help fellow nursing professionals as well.
