Experience: · Minimum of 1-2 years of psychiatric nursing experience, preferably in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting. · Experience working in an acute psychiatric or inpatient setting is preferred. · Experience in crisis management, de-escalation techniques, and managing psychiatric emergencies.
