Education High School Diploma is preferred or clinical rotation in nursing school Licensures/Certifications Valid Driver's License and automobile that is insured in accordance with organizational requirements and is in good order. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required. Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Assistant (CHPNA) preferred. Current CPR certification preferred. Requirements This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
