Registered Nurse– Home Health

Are you interested in a PRN (as needed) opportunity as a Registered Nurse? Adoration Home Health Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and committed RN to join our team in Reidsville, NC! This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to expand your nursing skills while delivering crucial one-on-one care to patients in their homes and supporting their families. You will make a difference in our patient’s lives by providing safe patient care, deliver individualized nursing care plans to ensure our patients have an optimal care experience while working as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting both patients and their families. Location: Reidsville Branch (Wentworth)

Coverage area: Rockingham County + 50 mile radius of Branch

Schedule: PRN, up to 20hrs a week

Must have: Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and proof of car insurance

Responsibilities

• Implement the treatment and rehabilitative strategies outlined in the patient care plan, including medication management, rehabilitation treatments, coordination of medical needs, and budget monitoring• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided to ensure accurate patient record and billing• Conduct assessments and approve plan of care and service delivery methods• Follow consumer health plans, provide and promote consumer choice, and facilitate consumer independence• Perform competency and skills evaluations on employees who provide direct care• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in state of operation• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR an Associates Degree in nursing from an accredited two-year program
