The Hospice Team Manager assumes oversight management and supervisory responsibilities for clinical staff, as well as the daily interdisciplinary delivery of Hospice care and services to Hospice patients and families in all care settings on a 24-hour-a-day basis. The Team Manager serves as a resource for clinical staff, assigns clinical personnel to care for patients and families, assures that the delivery of care is in accordance with Hospice regulations, and arranges for on-call coverage. The Team Manager may also assume oversight and management responsibility for the daily operations of Good Shepherd Hospice.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures. The ability to assess the needs of terminally ill patients and their families as well as symptom control planning is vital. The Team Manager should have the ability to coordinate the resources and personnel involved in a comprehensive interdisciplinary team approach to care. Candidates considered will have a minimum of four years experience in Home Care or Hospice, prior managerial or supervisory experience and will have graduated from an NLN-Accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree required, Master's degree preferred

The pay for this position ranges from $125,000 to 135,000 per hour
