Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. SUMMARY - The Connection Center Triage RN is responsible for knowing his/her professional scope of practice as defined by the Dignity Health Medical Group. The Connection Center Triage RN is responsible for providing telephonic clinical assessment health education and utilization management services to a variety of patients.
**THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION
High School diploma or equivalent.Satisfactory completion of a formal Registered Nurse program.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute care or ambulatory care medical clinic required.
Minimum 6 months of telephone/ call center triage nurse experience required.
Arizona RN or compact state
Ability to obtain RN license with the Nevada State Board of Nursing within 60 of hire
Excellent interpersonal, organizational,data input and customer service skills are essential.
Medical terminology, familiarity with reference tools and pharmacology appropriate to the Registered Nurse scope of practice is essential.
One or more years of telephone/ call center triage nurse experience preferred
Registered Nursing / BSN
Familiarity with an electronic practice management system is preferred.
