Description:
The Administrative Nursing Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for the coordination of all the hospital activities on off shifts and weekends. He/she works in conjunction with the staff to coordinate activities in the departments. The Administrative Nursing Supervisor coordinates allocation of resources and promotes safe delivery of patient care.
The position requires a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. Three (3) years experience in acute clinical nursing is preferred. Previous leadership roles and experiences preferred. The position requires a Master's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field, or Business Administration, or currently pursuing and making steady progress toward completion of a master's degree within 12 months of hire. Either Bachelor's or Master's degree must be in nursing. Current BCLS is required. Certified in ACLS preferred.
