ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and Program Director, the Wound Care RN will perform the duties of patient care. This person is responsible for treatment, safety, patient care coordination, quality management, and patient, professional, and community education. This RN is also responsible for coordinating clinical services and assuring consistent quality care for patients in the program, working within the framework of the State Nurse Practice Act and following all Healogics and Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center's policies and procedures.
Qualifications- Wound care experience, mininum 1 year in a Home Health agency, SNF or in an acute care setting as a wound care nurse required.
- BLS Wound Care Certification preferred.
- Current California license as a Registered Nurse.
