Job Responsibilities
Our Certified Nursing Assistants provide a range of patient care activities in nursing homes and long-term care facilities in the Newport area. On any given shift your responsibilities can include:
- Helping residents with various daily living activities, such as eating, grooming and general mobility.
- Serving meals to residents and documenting their food and liquid intake.
- Taking the vital signs of residents and reporting their overall condition to medical staff.
- Comforting residents by providing them with companionship and attentive care.
- Preparing and maintaining a sanitary living environment for residents.
- Assisting residents with range of motion exercises.
- Reporting any changes in resident status to shift supervisors.
- Setting up medical equipment and assisting with medical procedures as needed.
Compensation and Work Hours
Because we hire our Certified Nursing Assistants as W2 employees, you can expect better pay, benefits, and job security. In fact, on a weekly basis, our pay is 25% higher than average. Here's a glance at some of our compensation perks:
- Hourly compensation of $21-$44

Qualifications and Skills
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) state certification (required)
- Previous CNA work experience (preferred)
- Experience in post-acute or long-term care facilities (preferred)
