The client requires assistance with companion care , light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and errand shopping. Location: Maplewood, NJ (07040) Services Needed: Companionship Errands/Shopping Medication Reminders Client's Health: Afib (Atrial Fibrillation) Currently living in an Assisted Living Facility and transitioning to home care. Job Requirements: Female caregiver required Must have an active CHHA license in New Jersey (certificate not accepted) Must have a car for transportation and errands.
