Position Summary

As the Hospital Nursing Supervisor (RN Supervisor), you will oversee hospital operations and patient care services during the overnight shift, ensuring safe, high-quality care across all departments. Acting as the on-site administrative leader in the absence of the Administrator-on-Call, you will make key operational decisions, support staff, and promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure patient and staff safety while maintaining clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between administration, patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Evaluate staffing needs, assign resources efficiently, and support interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Model exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and service excellence.
  • Monitor patient care quality, documentation, and compliance with hospital policies.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Massachusetts required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

  • 32 hours per week
  • Second shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
