**Unit Manager Responsibilities: **

As an integral part of our Nursing Administrative Team, the LPN/RN Unit Manager will be a responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care. Your focus will be on promoting the well-being of our patients through high-quality nursing care.

Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on the assigned unit.
Monitor residents’ care plans, ensuring treatments and medications are administered accurately and on time.
Conduct rounds to observe, assess, and address residents’ needs.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of charting and assessments
Participate in audits, surveys, and inspections.
