As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

  • Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

  • Help clients get up in the morning, or down for the evening

  • Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and ambulating including Hoyer Lifts

  • Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Schedules:

  • 05:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • 05:00 AM – 12:00 AM

  • PRN

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Have at least 6 months of caregiver experience with family, agency, or facility (not needed if you have your CNA)

  • Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification (may obtain after interview)

  • Be able to pass a national background check

  • A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car
