Job Summary
Serves as the central point of contact for all executive-level support across the network, ensuring a cohesive and efficient operation that supports the leadership's strategic objectives. Centralizes administrative operations to eliminate redundancies and drives consistent standards of service across all campuses, ensuring alignment with the network's strategic goals. Facilitates strategic partnerships with leadership, community stakeholders and vendors to maximize the value of campus resources and contributes to business development efforts, which could include participating in the creation and execution of business plans that enhance operational efficiency and supports growth initiatives. Provides resource management by making key decisions on the allocation and use of administrative support, ensuring that all resources are optimized for both daily operations and long-term sustainability. Partners with executive leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, consistency, and accountability, ensuring that all support services function in a manner that enables the leadership team to focus on high-level strategic initiatives. Supports the operational integrity and growth of the network by delivering high-quality, cost-effective services, improving workplace environments, and acting as a strategic partner in the execution of the mission and business objectives.

Job Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Seven years' experience in an administrative support role: Preferred
- Five years' leadership and management experience: Preferred
- Leads and manages the Administrative Services Team – Oversees all levels of Executive Support, including, but not limited to, Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Program Managers, and support staff. Ensures administrative functions align with network's strategic objectives, fostering collaboration and efficiency across the network.
- Coordinates internal and external events – Manages the execution of all network events, both internal and external, ensuring they reflect the organization's mission and foster engagement with leadership, staff and the community.
- Collaborates with well-being and mission/spiritual care initiatives – Works with these teams to ensure that the organization's mission and associate well-being are integral to campus operations, supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures – Establishes guidelines in collaboration with the network's Executive Council, ensuring compliance with organization's standards, laws, and regulations. Promotes consistency and operational excellence across all campuses.
- Manages the evaluation, performance management, engagement and professional development of all team members within span of control. Provides ongoing education and training on new technologies adopted by the organization and incorporates creative strategies to accomplish team goals and further the mission of the network and organization.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
