3-11 RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
  • Assess resident care needs and provide direct nursing care as necessary.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Handle emergencies and urgent situations effectively and calmly.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate resident care.
  • Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and address any concerns.
  • Complete documentation and maintain accurate resident records.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.

 

3-11 RN Supervisor Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
  • Understanding of state and federal regulations related to nursing home care.
