The Registered Nurse in our Adolescent Inpatient Psych department at Riley Children's Health delivers care to children and adolescents with complex behavioral and emotional needs. This individual will also be cross trained to work in the Behavioral Health Assessment Center (Psych Holding Unit) at Riley Children's Hospital. Registered Nurses in this area work within an interdisciplinary team and are involved in the treatment planning and implementation of therapeutic interventions specific to each patient’s goals. As a Registered Nurse in Adolescent Psych compassion, leading nursing enrichment activities, establishing therapeutic boundaries, and being comfortable deescalating situations are all necessary components of patient care. The Registered Nurse will support staffing and patient care in both the Inpatient psych and the Psych Holding units. Qualifications:

Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
