Position Overview: As the Applications Solutions Specialist, you will provide training and support on how to effectively use QuickBooks and various other applications. You'll be responsible for assisting franchisees with platform setup, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing their experience with company-sponsored software. You will also manage the weekly sales and royalty collection process, providing ongoing support to ensure operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company-sponsored software applications, with a focus on QuickBooks and related tools.
  • Liaise with ClearCare to handle platform enhancements, bug fixes, and support requests.
  • Assist new franchisees with QuickBooks company file setup, operational procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for applications like QuickBooks, ClearCare, IFX, and ZeeWise.
  • Monitor applications for critical updates and deliver necessary training to users.
  • Facilitate alpha/beta testing for newly released application features.
  • Support owners, directors, and staff with payroll and billing processing.
  • Review support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Analyze trends in support requests to improve training and communication strategies.
  • Educate franchisees and staff on best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications for the Applications Solutions Specialist:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience creating and analyzing financial reports.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for learning.
  • Ability to provide training and support for new users and troubleshoot issues effectively.
