Overview:

Detail oriented position responsible for medical record review of all Start of Care, Recertification, and Resumption OASIS and concurring orders; communicating needed corrections with clinical staff and ensuring completion in a timely manner. Serving as an expert in OASIS completion and Home Health ICD-9 and ICD-10 Coding and Sequencing. Excellent organizational and time management skills are needed for this high volume workload. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Performs as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Mercy Primary Care 365 department in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Mercy rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and performs all duties assigned by the Director of Mercy Primary Care 365 concerning patients and their care.
