**Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide quality care and support to individuals in need, helping them maintain a comfortable standard of living in a safe and nurturing environment. You'll play a critical role in enhancing the overall quality of life for our clients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management as needed.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship, promoting physical and mental well-being.
- Monitor client health and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Assist with transportation needs for appointments, errands, or social activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided and any changes in client's condition.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in caregiving is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to the well-being of clients.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and lift up to [insert weight] pounds.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for some positions.
- Ability to pass a background check and any other required screenings.
