What You'll Do:
As a RN/LVN, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the best care possible, every single day. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing hands-on nursing care with professionalism and heart
  • Administering medications and treatments accurately and timely
  • Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes
  • Collaborating with doctors, therapists, and fellow team members
  • Leading with compassion — mentoring CNAs and creating a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:
  • RN/LVN license (current & in good standing in the state of Texas)
  • A genuine passion for serving the senior community
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
  • Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience a plus — but not required
